TOD Menu Transfer

Using Meridian Mail on Opt 11C

I have setup a TOD menu.

business hours it points to a voice menu. (This works fine)

Non-business and holidays I need it to transfer to extension. How do i do this?
 
point your hours send it to a cl station.. are you in mermail or cp.. in cp just point those hours to the att and set the properties tab to the dn.. of course you need to send it to a day of week, plus a holiday filter then to the tod..

You can define the holidays in Voice Services Profile:

Voice service-->> Voice services administration -->> Voice Services Profile
 
You could do exactly the same as you did for your business hours. Build another voice menu service and do not assign any key options and make your delay and no reply go to the extension.

Record a greeting for the menu option "Please hold, your call is being transferred".

Again, you will need to assign your holidays.

Got it working with the menu service.

I recorded a message that says please wait while your call is transfered, but now I get "transferring to attendant message"

It works. Not exactly as eloquent as I would like it to be.
