point your hours send it to a cl station.. are you in mermail or cp.. in cp just point those hours to the att and set the properties tab to the dn.. of course you need to send it to a day of week, plus a holiday filter then to the tod..
You could do exactly the same as you did for your business hours. Build another voice menu service and do not assign any key options and make your delay and no reply go to the extension.
Record a greeting for the menu option "Please hold, your call is being transferred".
