toad like program to access and query an oracle 3

Does anyone know of a program like toad that's easy to use, so that I can access and query an oracle database, as well as see the relationships?

5) Simple install - just unzip files to folder

I use SQLTools.

Greate for viewing the coode behind functions and procedures, and also has an 'export to CSV' button to open a result set straight into Excel if you need to.

(I prefer SQL*Plus for generally queries though as there are so many more options)

But, SQLTools does have its own benefits

LECCO SQL Expert, although LECCO and TOAD just "merged" last year.
