Hi,

Does anyone know how to send email from outlook to a number of users without letting them know the other recipients addresses. If I use BCC it works, but some servers mark my emails as spam because it marks recipent as Undisclosed Recipient.

Thanks

You can create a distribution group, call it undisclosed-reciepients or something, and put the names of everyone you want to receive the e-mail in that group. Then send the e-mail to that group.

Hi, i did as you told me. I have created a group and put 2 email addresses in it, both mine, one of hotmail and one is an email of my domain. At hotmail I did not see the other address but from the email of my domain I saw both addresses. The curiosity is that when I receive special offers and spam emails on my domain server I do not see the other recipients. Do you think outlook is enough or maybe I need a specialised software?

Thanks and regards

Mario
