to keep the swf file from reloading when user goes to page

ive created a flash menu (I am quite new to this) when the user clicks on the link the menu refreshes as it goes to another page. I need the menu to stop refreshing every time the user goes to another page without using frames. Can some one please help

as much as i know there is a way to tell a flash-film via javascript to go to a specific frame. you'd have to make the new site tell the menu to go to the point yu want it to have.
the problem is i don't know where i found the solution, but i'll keep searching for it and post it when i find it.
hopefully some expert is faster than me to give you a more satisfying answer. regards

will need a little modification.

thnx I think il be able to do this now... might be problems with different browsers but whats new
