Dear all,
I have bought a Precision navigation Inc Vector2x compass and I want to control it using the SPI of my motorola 68HC12. I've written the program in assembly but I don't know why I couldn't get any data from the compass.
I tried to check the HIGH/LOW of the pins and found that the SS pin does not go low even when I assigned it an output pin and give a zero to it. Moreover, the serial data output pin of the compass does not give me any data even when I gave it a clock.
I tried all methods I can think of but I really can't solve it! Could someone kindly send me some source code or tell me what I could do. Thank you very much!
