Beta trials closed about 3 weeks ago. Beta program started very recently. 4.1 GA is late October or November.

To add to the above features:
Phone Manager Pro 4.1 - includes Teleworker Mode, Citrix support,
Voice Mail Pro 4.1 - FIFO, LIFO, Call Tagging, Queue enhancements

Rls 4.2 will support new 1600 series sets and a new call center. Expected GA June 2008. Exciting stuff coming up.

you said 4.1 will have citrix support for PM, are you sure ? I read the 4.1 FT doc about it and no foothprints about Citrix support...

Does anyone know about the new Call Centre Apps??

I heard that Welwyn were designing CCC6 and Guilford were designing the ACM Customer Interaction Express to work with the IPO aswell as the ACM. The idea being whoever gets there first wins and that is what will be released and the other has just wasted loads of hard work!!!!!

I have not been on tek tips much recently as I have not had time. I quite frankly have been so busy I have not even been reading the posts much. I have been in about 6 states, on probably 35 different sites, for projects for different BP's doing contract work. From installations, project management included, or not included, service work, adds, moves, and changes to training.
I am no longer working for a BP, but am looking for a national/regional BP who is hiring, which would not require me to relocate. Midwest North America as a base area, willing to travel weekdays for installs. Would not mind a gig in Australia, or somewhere else english speaking. Or someone who can ship me the IPO, I will set it up , ship it back, and they can install it.
