TNS string length on DIG 4223 phone

Is there a way of increasing the length of the TNS string attached to a TNS key on a 4223 Digital handset.

My problem is that I would like a secretary (Dig 4223 handset) to swap the profile of a Managers phone (DECT DT590) then she finishes work at night.

.i.e. when she leaves she invokes profile2 on the managers phone that directs calls straight through to the manager.
Then in the morning she applies profile1 again to the managers phone such that she fields his call.

I have setup DISA and would like to put all the numbers/codes that she needs to dial on one function key for her.

i.e. DISA number + Auth Code + Profile change command

But the string is too long.

I have tried with Abbreviated numbers with some success but have not managed a one liner yet.

Why do you use DISA? If you have BC12, then Boss-Secretary-Function will be used.

the boss-secretary function does not work between Digital handset (i.e. a 4223 handset) and a cordless handset.

As far as i am aware it only works between two hard wiered handsets.

Boss secratary function in BC12 is attached to a new parameter in BC12 (BSEC) that determine if the subset is Boss or secretary.
The Boss can only be DTS, as it is mandatory to activate the function by TNS key
The secretary can be, DTS, ATS, GE, CX, IP
