TN's Locked out

Am having a problem with a couple of TN's on my switch. I have supplied the TN's below (12 1 & 13 12), but it will not let me OUT them. Wondering if anyone has any idea's of how I can out them so I can cpy some other tn's to them?

An attempt was made to change a telephone that is in the process of =
relocating.

I have not tried to relocate the phone, I think someone has plugged a phone into the unconfigured TN 12 1, picked up the handset and pressed hash to try and do a config from the handset and then unplugeed the phone. Which doesn't make sense, but is the only thing I can think of to explain how it got in that state. Is there another way to reset the TN's apart from OUT.

Oh okay, I'll check the FAQ's for info on how to do sysload. Never had to do it before.

if your on an 11 there is a button on the front of the scc, on a dual cpu switch you'll see a ini button on each cpu, press them both..
