TNB DNB LD 20 prt printouts

Hello to all,

I am a newbie to the meridian 1 and I am in need of basic assistance in learning my companies current PBX. We are running option 51C. I know how to do many loads to check, configure and resolve issues but I need explanations for all the 3 and 4 letter options that are in the TNB/DNB printouts. For instance CLS is class of service but has 100's of options within it. I am looking for a user-friendly manual or training to help me get through the basics so I can fully understand all the settings on my system. I have read the original manuals for my Meridian 1 but it seems you need a good understanding before you can follow them completely.

Also, Any old training videos, manuals, websites, or anything.....will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the help GHTROUT. I have already viewed several of your sites and went through the PDF training simulators. Those are great and very helpful. I will look through the other links and try to absorb as much as I can.
