TN802B diagram pinouts

Hello ,

who can me help me to discover pin diagrams for
"TN802B IP Interface External Cable Assembly" i have refurbished crad but without aphenol cable , can be only for LAN only .

i try to use cable diagram from : MAPD TN801B, MEDPRO TN2302 , CLAN799C ,
but dosent discover any lan correctly

in this documentation, I did not find pinouts diagram, but as the match from the LAN AMPHENOL TN799B / C (gray) ,

The TN802B is a Generation 1 IP Trunk board. Originally designed for use with Definity V7/V8. The cable is a H600-475. It is a multi-finger octopus cable with 8 connectors.

The link to the document for adding the board & cable is below. Starting on page 6-65 (Page 187).

Unable to find the actual cable pin-out.
