TN767B to Siemens TMDN

Has anyone successfully connected these two cards together via T-1? I have a Definity V8 and a Hicom 300 9006.4 and need to tie these two together. When I do a stat on the Avaya trunk group, I get:
10/01 01B0701 OOS/FE-PINS-idle no
10/02 01B0702 OOS/FE-PINS-idle no
10/03 01B0703 OOS/FE-PINS-idle no
10/04 01B0704 OOS/FE-PINS-idle no
I have tried changing country protocols and I get the same thing. The d-channel says it's in-service. Any ideas would be appreciated.

If I remember correctly you need a later version of the TN767 to support a PRI circuit. I think that the TN767 couldn't be used for ISDN unttil the E or F came out. You may want to use a TN464.

I have a TN767b connected to a Nortel switch that works and it is setup like this:

It also works between two definity's. Any more ideas?

I think you may need QSIG to have both PBX's talk. The last page of display system-parameters customer options Page 6 of 6 SPE A
QSIG OPTIONAL FEATURES

Basic Call Setup? y
Basic Supplementary Services? y
Centralized Attendant? n
Interworking with DCS? n
Supplementary Services with Rerouting? n
Transfer into Lucent QSIG Voice Mail? n
Value-Added Lucent (VALU)? n

should look like the above at a minimum.
If you have this then change the interface option to QSIG. Also the QSIG needs to now master and slave side of the PRI.
