Am I correct in saying a TN765 needs to be installed in a specific slot? And if so, where? I really don't want to make a mistake here, and memory tells me there is a specific slot.

Switch is a G3V11 CMC

Alright, I moved to some different pairs. Now in status I'm getting a "OOS/FE-PINS"

Any thoughts? SOrryor being such a pain, I appreciate the help

No sense going any further until you verify the cable. Use a 4 pair tester set to 568b and verify pair 1 is crossed with pair 2 (568b blue pair 4&5 crossed with orange pair 1&2) t1's are not polarity sensitive so just worry about the pairs, not necessarily tips and rings.

Bad conductor. Moved to a new pair and voila, everything's up and running. Had to kick the board a couple times, but it's all good now.

Thanks so much for your help on this. Your patience is much appreciated!
