tn744 vs. IP Media Processor 3

We are having alot of trouble with picking up the phone and not getting dial tone. Also talking to someone and hitting transfer only to hear dead air.

I have three IP Media Processor's in my system (8700)already and 0 tn744's. Just wondering if I need to add another IP Media Processor or should I add a couple of the tn744's? I also have a remote site with 4 g700's.

Just looking for some suggestions here...

The "Peak" measurement is Per hour. Peak queued (i.e. 4) is how many ports he was short. He needs 1 board. A 744D on ebay runs about $20 so maybe get 2 to be on the safe side.
