I have a TN2501 which I cannot get to ping, but I can get to via VAL Manager, but not download any files.

I can't ping it, and It ABORTS tests #601 witn 1125, (RSCL link down) and so it abouts #1281, #1286 & #1282 with 1124.

I think something may be missing from the confirguration, becuase our mem card failed and we had to go to an old back-up mem card.

This is an OSW (out of service working: used) VAL and I don't know if it my config or the board. I deleted and reset the data-modules, data node-names, ip-interfaces info and still no go. I am not sure if the problem lies in my ip-services, but my c-lan is set up for SAT on port 5022 with any remote.

I think I'm missing something, but I can't remember what.

Thanks.

What version and type of PBX are you using? Try doing a busy, reset, & release on the VAL board. If your software lets you do 'get ethernet [slot]'. It should show you the LAN speed & duplex setting, whether it agrees with the board administration, and if it is active. There should be a link assigned to the data module. Try doing 'status link x'.
