Hey all - I am trying to create a phone and when I add my scr 4624 on key 0 I get this error message. I believe I have a bit of corruption here and the only way I know how to get rid of it is by rebooting- this is not an option now as my call centre is opperational almoust 24-7. Is there another way to get rid of this.

is that number in your vacant dn table?

Your guess is as good as mine...he he. Where do I check it??

ld 20

ludn

a number has to be in that table to use it for key 0 on a new or cpy command. after the phone is built, you can do a change and make that line the same as another phone

Do you see 46 or 462 in the LUDN print?

Create the phone with 7777 for the dn. After it's created go back and change the dn to whatever you want.

hey - i tried creatin the phone with the dn 5551 - just as a test - but when changing it back it refuses - but hey its ok - i had to come in after hours and reboot - all is ok now - just waiting for the PRI's to come up
