TMEW2 configuration in HP 4K V4.0

Dear All
I have installed and configured the TMEW2 card in hipath 4000 version 4 and it hooks with the remote pabx but the digits are not dialling.
I am getting the dial tone of the remote pabx and the digits are not dialling further.I am struggling for last two days but still the same.
Please any one guide me to resolve this issue.

I presume you have TACSU, BUEND, RICHT, LDAT, LODR, LDPLN
setup correctly?
Is this a link via a cisco?

Put in this configuration and give it a try.
You can trace via the trace tool on Unixware or else just put a test phone across the pair and listen when the system is dialling.
