I am running a M1-11C (SW 24.30). If the T1 between us and our LEC goes down for a second or so the TMDI is able to deal with it. If it goes down for any longer than that the TMDI goes into alarm state and won't come back unless I reset the card (CC stays red) or do a cold start. This can't be right. We thought it might be a card problem so we swapped in a brand new TMDI card - same result. Our LEC has looped their equipment with no problems. Their end comes up fine. Will someone please point me in the right direction so that we may correct this problem?

TRY CHANGING YOUR DDB TO THE FOLLOWING, IT WON'T CORRECT THE TMDI BUT IT WILL TAKE LONGER FOR THE T1 TO GO DOWN.
TMDI WAS A REAL PIECE OF CRAP.

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

I have always had to manually disable them and then do a force download on them to get them to work right. PerryPJ is right, they are hunks of crap.

You can use the NTAK09 T1 card with the NTBK51BA d-channel daughterboard.

The rest TMDI command usually works

Disable DChannel
Disable loop
Disable TMDI - ld 96
reset tmdi - ld 96 - rst tmdi x

enable tmdi
enable loop
