I have an Opt 11 Rls 5.0 with a TMDI tie PRI to the main site. Every night at midnight I get a DTA019 error, and every couple of nights I get a DTA019 followed by a DTA021 and the circuit dropping. At first I thought something in the routines was causing it, but the routines do not start until 1 am. I can't figure out what is causing it. It is not happening any other time of day...just after the clock turns over to midnight.

Looks like your going to have a late night, since it saying you have a Red Alarm you will need to see if it truly is loosing carrier at mid-night. I would start with the main site and see if everything is normal there at mid-night, if it is field trip time.
That's if you want to pursue this

I just was looking at the main site. I thought they were all set to 1 am but the main is midnight. Looks like I have a problem with one of the CC. When they swap this 1 PRI goes down. 7 others do not. I will swap out the CC and see what happens. Thanks for your help.

Also make sure in LD 17 that you have RCVP set to yes for your D-Channel

RCVP: YES
"Auto-recovery to primary D-Channel"

Stat loop at main and check ALTP prompt
If ALTP is set to 1 = on

Loop will disable and do a self test at midnight
