OK need some help. Have been getting the TMA000056E alerts.
This is part of the message:
"TMA000056E
Avaya detected a TMA000056E alarm. Customers who upgraded System Manager and Session Manager might receive an alarm on the system, however, this alarm is not indicating a service impacting event and can be ignored.
To manually renew this certificate, login to the System Manager and navigate to Home / Elements / Inventory / Manage Elements.
Select the Session Manager instance that needs its certificate renewed.
Click More Actions and select Configure Identity Certificates.
Select smmgmt (note the expiration date) and click renew.
Once completed, the renewed certificate will be valid for two years. This procedure is not service affecting."
So I log in and I have three that are set to expire in July. My WebSphere, Management and Spirit.
I follow the procedures and I get a "Successfully renewed the identity certificate" for each one.
But when I look at the page that shows them all it still shows these three set to expire in July of this year.
So I'm confused. Am I missing something?
Thanks for any help!!
