Hi ,

I am using the generic/text driver to try to print from a TM-T88iii and am getting all the data i need printing out on the receipt, however, I cannot get the cutter to work, or the drawer to kick which is going through the printer? I am using windows XP

I have tried with the hexadecimal that has been suggested
but i am a little stuck as it is not working?? Could someone possible guide me through a little?

Thanks

Steve

This will probably be of absolutely no use to you, but I will post what I know. In order to get the cutter to work on the Epsons, Dip Switch setting 2 must be turned on, on the bank of switches marked DSW2.

I would make sure that is turned on (and usually the rest off, in our case), and try your code again.

Hi, I have the same issue, will your suggestion apply to this printer?

EPSON TM-T88IV

Thank You,

Thanks,I changed the print setup "disabled print full page" and it print out fine, but it prints two receipts, the first one is blank and 2nd one has the proper amount; unfortunately the drawer still doesn't kick at all. Any other thoughts?

Thank You,

I used the MS generic text driver (Epson driver didn't work at all, it prints so slow), I can't think of anything else I can try now.

to clarify, the OPOS driver doesnt work at all, we are using the CSI software.

Sorry... where can i get the CSI Software that you are talking about?

thanks

steve

Anyone has more suggestions in regards of the Epson TM-T88IV printing problem?

Thank You,
