Trying to import analog sets from a .csv file with no luck.

The log reports:
TN:004 0 00 02 Can't Add a new Telephone either of the mandatory fields (TN, CUSTOMER, DES, INSTRUMENT) is absent.

********************************SUMMARY**********************************
Total Telephones Read 1
Added to Database 0
Updated to Database 0
Errors 1
*************************************************************************


The fields TN, CUSTOMER etc. are there.

Can anyone help?

Can you even upload analog sets?

Anytime I try to import anything I'll first try to do an export of something that's the same type.. for instance.. if you're trying to import a 3904 try exporting one first and then just change up the fields you want.

For analog sets you need a header "DN" and the cell should read "DN ####" (DN space extension). Let me know if that helps.

I guess I need to know how the first line should look and what needs to be in quotes.??
