TM has a CDR for Calls On Hold

I see in TM that there is a report I can run for Calls On Hold. When I run it I have no calls. how can I collect that info and were do I activate it, TN level?
 
I would say that you need to activate traffic collection for a start. I think TM has a script that configures this automatically. I prefer to use a proper call logger rather than toilet manager

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
