tm cpnd and cnd errors

We just updated to tm 3 from otm.
Here's the problem. When I run reports not all the names are there. I was told that I go into telephones/and assign the config to the name I need, then down to key 0 and check the box and click copy.
This works for some of them, others I get an error message that the data block does not exist. this is from the web interface.
If I go to tm and look in telephone billing I see the old looking otm cpnd database as before with some common names inserted.
Is there a way to sync. these two?

I would verify that each phone has a name in the pbx, it may not and that is why TM is failing.... LD96 prt name, ret to dn and enter the dn of one that fails!

I will give this a shot with a phone that is to be outed tomorrow and let you know if it works.

Have you updated system data on your TM server after upgrade of either TM or PBX?
Try it anyway.
