Does anyone know if there is a way to pull more data to the Billing employee list other than just the prime dn? I am looking to pull in acd id's and second extension as well. We run a ton of reports with call center employee's and as you know the reports do not show a name without the acd id in the billing data.

Thanks

I guess that nobody has had an issue with this before?

TM 4.0 will now synch all the extensions on an ACD set over to the Employee database in the TBS module. However, keep in mind that for PBX versions lower than 5.0, all calls made on an ACD set, regardless of Key, will report to the ACD position ID number of the set so having all those other extensions in the Employee Database actually do you no good....For PBX versions 5.0 and higher, there are new classes of service that allow the true extension number to appear in the CDR regardless of Key.

OKCH = The Originating ID field of th N record will contain the actual originating DN in the CDR record
PKCH = The Originating ID field of the N record will contain the Position ID number in the CDR record

Remember too, that OTM/TM does not report on ACD Q, R and F records..........Hope that helps........

That is a very cool feature for reporting in 5.0, I could use that as well.

I'm looking for a way to import all of the acdn's into billing not just the prime dn. Is there some sort of way to do this or am I looking at entering all of these one at a time?

My other site has TN - each DN - and each acdn for all employees. That is what I am tring to do with this site.

Thanks for the reply.

Right, if you do not have TM 4.0 or don't want to upgrade to it, you can always use the TBS import utility. From the TBS main screen, choose the File menu. Then select Import, then click on the down-arrow to choose Corporate Directory Import. Then create a case for importing an Excel csv file which would have your info. Use the Format button to indicate the fields that are in your Excel file such as First Name, Last Name, extension number etc...You can pull in a lot of data quickly using this but remember that this will add to your Reporting Units licensing and also, watch out if you are processing a Billing Synch that will "Delete all existing entries and add new" as this will effectively rebuild the directory and wipe out anything that you imported. The Billing Synch options are located under the Main TM Navigator Utilities menu........
