TM 4 cannot open costing configuration.

Hi,
Have a site where admin cannot open costing configuration or call database in Telecom Billing. Collection and Costing run fine. Repaired and compacted database, Uninstalled and re-installed TM, no change. Uninstalled Java and Tomcat, re installed TM and checked. Java 6.11 and Tomcat 5.5 are back, but TM has same problem. Patched to SU3C still fails. Has worked in past. Server is windows 2003 R2 SP2. Sister site has same OS/TM 4 and works fine. Any ideas?? Have not uninstalled OS....yet

On the Navigator, right click the site, go to properties Go through the tabs and make sure you have it turned on.

Thanks for the reply. I have it enabled. I am thinking that the Windows OS is where the problem may reside. I am having a replacement server sent to site to see if it will work on another PC.
