Has anyone tried loading TM 4.0 on Windows XP mode virtual pc? I recently upgraded to a Windows 7 machine which does not support TM. I was able to load it on the virtual XP but get an "Unable to authenticate user" error when i try to log into the web GUI. I am able to log into the Navigator, but not the web GUI. My system admin dept seems to think it's a problem with the install package and has recommended that I get a new copy. They may very will be correct but I cannot find the discs and it is not available on AVAYA's website. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kinda hard to put a dongle on a virtual machine, right?

Actually it's quite easy, you just click usb, the device, and attach. but thank's for the comment.

So where is the dongle plugged in if it's a virtual server? Not being a smart ass, just trying to figure out how you are doing this.

It's not a virtual server. It's a virtual pc, running on a Windows 7 laptop. The dongle plugs into the usb port which you can attach through the virtual XP software.

I see, wonder why the 4.0 is not of the Avaya site? I looked too and cant find it either.

It seems that a lot of things that aren't "current" are not on the avaya website.
