TM 4.0.01.21 traffic analysis problem

Hi Nortel Experts,
I have problem with TM 4.00.01.21:

I've installed TM 4.x.x.x on WINXP (SP3), then I've installed patches (4000121SU2a, 4000121SU2b, traffic_collection_patch).

I have problem with creating customer report.

This is my procedure:

1. add site (city)
2. add system (name of PBX)
3. set up communication (IP address)
4. applications - enable all
5. add customer (0), username, password
6. apply
7. open system window
8. telemenagement -> traffic analysis -> open
9. file -> traffic data collection -> set up PBX to traffic
10. file -> traffic data collection -> schedule traffic collection (hourly)
I can see in the traffic analysis window thet collection and parse is successful, number of samples 1

11. I've created filter for workdays - date and time (included)
12. generate -> reports -> customer reports -> trunk -> edit trunks.pro (cust number 0, removed few options, save)
13. filter chosen
14. and clicking on view

and then the program stops working

there is only:

*** launched report generation ***

Started generating report...
Stargin data extraction ...

and thats all, the window is frozen, I'm forced to click on end now button or cancel...

I've tried to install TM3,2+patches and it's the same....
 
fixed - don't change regional settings - it has to be english (united states)... :(
