TM 3.2 Help

TM 3.2 has lost link to help files. When I click the help link in TM a pop-up displays "The page cannot be found". Also When I click on "Troubleshoot Problems" to troubleshoot a problem with a phone, the PE Units Maintenance box pops-up but in the status field it would display if phone is enable or disabled. Status field now displays TBUG632 everytime. It seems like a broken link between IIS and TM. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
 
Restarted IIS services and restarted the TM server. Launched TM help link but same problem.
 
Unfortunately TM is not the most stable program in the world. You can check if you have the latest patches, but You will most likely have to reinstall the help files from the TM 3.2 disk. I would have the vendor take care of this, because if you install anything incorrectly you may have to reinstall TM from scratch. It will require TM 3.2 installation manual and the install disk.
 
You didn't do MS Updates, did you!? If you did, you might as well start from scratch. Blow it all away, and reinstall the OS and TM. The newer help file updates are not compatible with TM.
