TM 3.1 ADL key on KEM issue

Hi,

we are not able to transmit a ADL Key change on KEM Key 56-67 to CS1000. When customer transmit the change, the job is marked as successful and sync status is changed to TRN. But on CS1000 is no change succeeded.
CS1000S with rel. 4.5 and TM 3.1 with 3102841SU4b.

We can see in communicationwindow that after the prompt "key" tm steps over to prompt"PAGEOFST" and nothing happens.

The Phone is an 1140 configured as i2004 with cls KEM3.


any ideas???

Have you tried printing out the TN via the command line?.
I'm guessing that the expansion "KEM" prompt needs changing to allow for the extra keys?.

Hi ,

have found the problem. CS1000S is on rel.4.5 and the 1140
IP Phones are programmed as I2004 with CLS KEM3. If you
retrieve station data from PBX the TM server does not know that the i2004 set is an 1140 with 11xx KEM.
The difference between the KEM´s for i2004 and 1140 ist the number of Keys. KEM for I2004 has 24 and for 1140 has 36 Keys. And this is the reason why the TM is not able to program the last 12 keys on 1140 (programmed as i2004).
