Hi All,

How to program a TLU76/1 card if it is connected to an external device? (voicemail or conference system or whatever)
And signalling is qsig, or isdn.
How will I be able to call the channels of this route?
It´s dest code handles it like "group hunting group"?

Thanks

Hi
it depends on the system, which you use as an external system and what the external system support as a protocol..

Generally for IVR or call detection systems , DPNSS or CAS is used... (TLU76/2 or 76/3)
But also it's possible to use qsig or euro-isdn with external systems
But if you use tlu76/1 then you should use qsig or EURO ISDN

If the external system will use md resources (ie. ext. system will make call thru Md system you should better to configure md as master and external system as slave.)

What, if I want external callers to call did in external system?
Shall they call the dest code, and make it did? ANd this one channel is getting offhook?
