TLU76/1 channels problems

Hi to everybody,
I have a strange problem with MD 110 BC9 SP11 .
some of the channels of two TLU76 board are in very strange status . They are idle and busy at the same time.I try to restart those boards but after restart they are in the same status.

Could you please tell me which Program Unit I should restart to fix that problem.

restart SLP60, TLP60 and DTR in lim 1.

Could you please tell me what time will take that pocedure .How long we will be without incoming trafic.

Hi

You wil cut all established calls during the restart of the board.
It will take less than 1 minute I guess to restrat the board and be able to make new calls

Update to SP15. There is a fix for this problem.
You will still need to restart slp60 and tlp60 to get the status right but afterwards it will not happen again.

Hi' restart also DTR in the lim where you have SLP60 trunks.
