TL1 Syntax

I'm looking for the parameter descriptions for a TL1 card, specifically the varc vari and varo syntax. I have the documetation in DynaText for it, however the pictures that state what each binary position are aren't showing up.

Can someone tell me the syntax or maybe print the parameter description to PDF and mail to me?
