title with frames

In dreamweaver 3 how do you Insert a title for you page when you have 3 frames. I did individually but the title does not come up.
Thank you

put the title for the frameset not for the pages in the frameset

move your mouse to the very edge of the page until it becomes a double arrow and click. This should select the entire frameset. Now you can type a title in the title box or you can go to Modify/Page Properties and set the title there.
