I need some suggestions. I have a report that is grouped by folder, cname, name. I need to create a title band that will print every time the folder number changes.

Does it have to be the title band? Can you use the Group header?

Tamar

No it doesn't it just have to print on a seperate page.

Thanks for responding

Use the Group Header band and set it to start each group on a new page.

Do you mean that information in this "title" band should be on a separate page?

I have tried using a group header page but its not working. The first header group has to be printed on a seperate page then the rest of the report on the second page.

Put a field into this group at the bottom with the following

replicate(chr(13),15) where the second number is big enough to cause the data in detail to go next page. Set it to strech with overflow and you may use Print When logic too.

Thank you all for you input. ilyad that a good idea. I did get it to work just by making the group header bigger and change the inches higher.
