Tipped Employee doesnt show in Tip Screen

I handle the Micros programming for 18 outlets at a resort. I have Micros support contracted, but they have never been able to give me a satisfactory answer on this: Whenever I add a new Tipped employee to the system, I use an existing employee as the template. However, the new employee never shows up in the Tip out Screen. They have been issued a Micros card as well.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What Micros are you using? I have worked on Res 3700 and Simphony.

When you add the employee to the system does the employee show up the next day after SOD runs? 9700 has a stored procedure that should run during the start of day process that creates the employee table for tip track. If that stored procedure is not set up in the auto-sequences the employees will never show up in the tip track program.
