We've got a client with two stores, one with Aloha 5.3.15 and another 5.3.24.
The various fields tip income report on the 5.3.24 versions shows up just fine.
The tip income report of the 5.3.15 version does not show values for the following sections:
Gross non-cash with tips
Net non-cash with tips
Non cash tips
Totals tips
Total tips
My first thought was a procedural problem perhaps in the way tips were being delcare, but the databases are essentially the same. My other obvious thought was an upgrade issue, which seems like the first logical course of action. However, this client is roughly 2.5 hours way, with no remote access at at least one the sites. I figured I would solicit some other opinions before I have to venture out or have a lenghty phone support call in walking him through the upgrade.
