If you set up SIP trunks between a CS1000 system and a UCx 3.0 system, you may encounter a problem with calls from CS1000 to UCx failing (the message "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again!" is played).
This issue is caused by user option tags added to the destination number by CS1000.
To configure UCx to remove these user option tags, you must add the following "Other SIP Setting" at the bottom of the SIP Settings page:
