Dear barnaras
Please see following threads in the past on SCO forum. It
may help you solve your problem.
58-1330907
58-1330408
I hope that this will help.

when logged on as root use the program "tz". That will give you the option of setting the location, offset from UCT, the names of the regular and summer time, and the starting date and time for both.

Because of the change in starting and ending time in the US you need to tell the program that you are not in the US, otherwise it tries to default to the standard dates in effect in 1999.

The separator for month, week, and day is a period.

I had seen following script posted on aplawrence.com by Raouf Bishnay. You may want to try it and it may work for you.
URL is as follows
I have not tried it. You may have to modify it for
your TIMEZONE. if it works, then please post your solution for
other members' benefit.
Thanks
