Hi folks -

Have been using Sidekick since DOS days, & have coaxed Internet Sidekick along every day
since it wsa introduced. Unfortunately, my laptop died a couple of weeks back & my new toy
runs Win 8.1. Am trying to rescue files & rebuild a working Sidekick from what ever files
I can rescue, but getting hit by timesync.dll missing. Have got all my data files (over 15
years of my life events & contacts...!) but need to create a working SK environment to be
able to use them. The version recently on Dropbox seems to have vanished - shame.

Can anyone help with a copy of timesync.dll?

Many thanks,

Colin

Update - have only just found this forum, & deeper inspection
helped no end. Have now successfully downloaded the S98 file
from Dropbox, Hope to be able to extract timesynch from that,
& check it works wth Internet Sidekick - or that S98 will read
the Cardfiles. Over 3300 contacts with history at risk!

Tx for some great background info on this forum. Needing a Help
source for the first time in 18 years heavy use reminds me just
how good the concept & flexibility of Sidekick was.....& is

Colin
