For performance reasons, some users are not allowed to use the application some few days per month.

I use the timestanping fonction for this case but theses users can't work in local mode during the interdiction days !!!

I want to allow these users to work in local mode even the interdiction days ;

Thank to help me

As technical support would have informed you, you cannot suppress the security which is built into the product. Working offline still means that you make use of the objects.lsi file and the encrypted pre-defined user restrictions, as each user needs to log in once before they can log in offline. When you connect to BusinessObjects in online mode, all of the universes you use are written in the OBJECTS.LSI file. Later, if you connect in offline mode, you are only allowed to open those universes which you previously used. The same goes for the timestamp restrictions.

The only workaround would be to have a duplicate repository with copy document and universe domains. Here you would import the same list of users, only this time defined without the timestamp restrictions. They would need to log into another repository database.

It is documented in the Supervisor Online Guide that there are limitations when logging in offline. Working in offline mode means essentially that you work with resources that are stored locally on your computer, but this includes the key file which stores the address of the repository.
