Timeout issue on Web interface for Citrix farm 1

The Metaframe Presentation Server will time out after 20 minutes. I have gone to Application Pool and set time out to 60 minutes but I am still getting warning at 16 minutes to refresh if I want to remain in session. any help greatly appreciated. Breeze
