Is there a programming option to allow a longer delay between entering digits when dialing a phone number? I have multiple users whose phone sets "time out" when they have a small delay (a couple seconds) in keying digits (such as long international numbers where they are looking over at a phone number). If it was one user, I would think they are just a slow dialer, but it is a few users on even a couple different systems.

What software level do you have? It should be under System Programming>Dialing Plan>Dial Time out. The default is 4 seconds, if you increase this your problem should be fixed.

You could also do a Feature *82 and set their phone to pre-dial. That way they can dial the number in then press a line button to place the call.
