Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of setting restrictions on Timed Out remote sessions.

I have user's wanting me to disable it and I am sure there's good network reason not to.

I would set a restriction to be on a safe side. There's no doubt about this. I won't leave it open 24/7. If you are the Network Admin you have to provide policies in your company. Good IT policies always get approved by the management.
