Time wrong on one phone.

Good day! We've got several hundered phones and all have the correct time. I just built 3 new 7965 phones and only one of them is showing exactly 4-hours fast. I've looked everywhere in the programming and can't see anything unusual. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes and thanks. We've been getting refurbished phones for awjile and all have been okay. This one went through the updates like the rest.

Try a factory reset on it.

Thanks, I tried a reset and restart to no avail. I assume the factory reset is done within the Call Manager.

No, its done from the phone, you can google it. It's pretty easy, you just need to be patient with it.
