Has anyone had any problems with them.

We are having an issue that is clearly on their end and they are the worst I've dealt with, wont take blame for anything

The bandwidth Upload Packages TWC offers are pretty week, I hope you are utilizing your own router? I had a client with TWC ($99 per month for 2MB X 768K) and 3 SIP Phones, the problem was that periodically weekly they would upload large graphics files and would knock the IP phones out completely. Our Workaround- we limited FTP Upload on the Router to 384K and it has cleared up all problems leaving 300k for voice.
TWC needs to get with the rest of the broadband world- Any cable company out there provides more for less money...

The biggest problem would most likely arise from bandwidth usage on your local network. Im assuming time Warner provides your internet as well?

We ended up finding it was a time Warner issue

They fixed it eventually but not without trying to play the blame game relentlessly

We put in sip trunks over a cable connection, there was something blocking 5060 showed it to them they refused to believe it, one lady on tech support actually screamed at me.

They changed out the static ips and poof it started working

Yes, TWC does play lots of games! I had a friend that tried to setup a VPN between their office and home. TWC served the home, and at midnight the VPN went down consistently. When he complained and escalated the issue, TWC wanted to charge $50.00 a month to allow VPN service. He told TWC to drop dead, real scumbags!
