Is anyone aware of a utility on NT resource kit that will enable us to synchronise the times all the PC's on our LAN with our PDC.

or you can put a time sync in your login script....

NET TIME \\SERVERNAME /SET /Y
 
another way...
use timeserv which is include in the Windows NT Resource Kit.
 
mberwanger's suggestion - Timeserv from the resource kit is the best option. It uses SNTP - so as long as you don't care if the time is off by about .5 second - you should be fine. I use this to sync hundereds of machines. it works great.
