Time sync services for XP

I need some help setting up time sync services using an internal ntp server. Theses are distributed sniffers running XP at version 4.3.5 The user guide for 4.3 explains the procedure for NT.

w32tm /config /syncfromflags:manual /manualpeerlist ip or dns
