Time Stuck on IP Office

Customer has an IP Office 500 V2 - Rls 9.0. The time on their phones are stuck at 5:00pm and won't change. We have tried rebooting the system, changing the time settings in the system, etc.

In monitor, we see the time increment from 17:00:01, 17:00:02, 17:00:03, 17:00:04 and then reset back to 17:00:01 (see below).

Very odd...

upgrade to the latest release and then see if you are still having issues.

Unfortunately, we cannot upgrade past 9.0. with only 9.0.12 being the last release. This is because this customer has older IP400 type hardware installed, which is not compatible with 9.1 or higher.

What about giving a user the rights to set the time using a phone, covered in the help files.
 
What are you using as NTP server?

But you are only on 9.0.10 upgrade to latest and see if you still have the issue. If still a problem back up the programming and default and see what the IPO does then.
