Time Servers in the UK 1

I've searched google but am getting nowhere fast. Can anyone recommend a good internet time server in the UK?

Or, use "uk.pool.ntp.org" as outlined at

http://ntp.isc.org/bin/view/Servers/NTPPoolServers

Thanks, but I'm still confused. I am looking for either a server address or an IP address I can use (one that is public).

Take a URL suggested by lgarner,

http://ntp.isc.org/bin/view/Servers/StratumTwoTimeServers.

There are many servers in UK take one for example

ntp2.sandvika.net.

Take a PC which is directly on internet. and then ping ntp2.sandvika.net. You will get the IP address of PC.

I can not give you IP of that server as I am behind firewall and having no exposer to public network directly.
